Scream on Netflix
I was a little skeptical about sitting down to watch this alone. I hated the horror genre as a child and could never see myself sitting down to watch anything remotely scary on my own but in the last couple of years it’s become my favourite genre and I’m glad I braved it. The Scream tv series reminds me a lot of Pretty Little Liars, incorporating social media and mobile phones into its thriller/slasher scare tactics. I guarentee by the time this post goes live, I’ll have finished the whole series!
Spooky Mr Kipling Cakes
French Fancies, Viennese Whirls and Angel Cakes, but all spooky and green and black and awesome. A great excuse to pig out on cake and as they’re on offer for £1 across the board, they’re a steal.
American Horror Story on Netflix
FINALLY, the Freak Show season has arrived on Netflix! I loved AHS Murder House and Coven so I’m itching to watch this. There’s also the new series Hotel which has just started but won’t be released on Netflix for a good while.
Lush Sparkly Pumpkin Bubble Bar
Being a massive fan of Lush products, I love all the little treats they release for the holidays. Lush at Christmas is possibly the best ever retail therapy but the Halloween stock isn’t far behind. This bubble bar is loaded with citrus oils for a tangy, softening bath time. It retails at only £3.65 which for a bubble bar is pretty good value, I get at least 3 baths out of them. It’s also laden with sparkles, who can say no to that?
I’ve already got a couple on the go; my black and white River Island one, my red and blue Primark one, my green and black New Look one. Tartan scarves just seem to go with near enough everything I own. They look great paired with brown leather accessories and most importantly they keep you cosy and warm.
Limited Edition Yankee Candles
I love all the Christmas, Autumn and Halloween related scents that Yankee bring out. Fireside Treats and Apple Spice have certainly caught my eye and when I eventually run low on candles and wax melts, I’ll be treating myself to a couple of large Yankee jars.
Gotta love a good cosy, warm, knitted jumper. Cable knit always looks cute and having purchased a fair few jumpers from H&M over the years, I’m keen to pick up a few more now the weather’s getting colder. They always look great with a blouse underneath for work. I’ve got my eye on this navy one from H&M which I know from experience will be excellent quality considering its £29.99 price tag.
