101 GOALS IN 1001 DAYS (REVISED)

Back in November 2015 I started this challenge which encourages you to cross off lots of mini-goals in order to achieve big things in a 2.75 year period. Since starting the challenge 9 months ago, a lot of the things I wanted to achieve have changed. Some things like wanting to learn to drive have changed altogether and it’s a skill I’ll more than likely rely on my husband to acquire (but only when we have kids and we’re talking a good five to ten years before that happens.)

I’ve decided to share with you the revised version of my goals so you can see how things have changed over the last 9 months. If you’re doing your own 101 in 1001 challenge, why don’t you also revise your goals?

For those of you who didn’t read the original post…

The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).

Why 1001 Days?
Many people have created lists in the past – frequently simple challenges such as New Year’s resolutions or a ‘Bucket List’. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organising and timing some tasks such as overseas trips, study semesters, or outdoor activities.

Below is my list of 101 mini-goals to do over the next 1001 days. Some are raining day to-dos and others are life changing but all of them will help me progress to where I want to be in life.

  1. I love your list, there are definitely a couple on there I will be adding to my next list once I’ve got to the end of my current one (won’t be for a while as I’ve only just started it lol).
We had a comic-con near us this weekend and had planned to venture down, but ended up with other plans.
    Good luck with it x

    1. I’ll have to give yours a read (assuming it’s on your blog which I’ll shortly click through to!)
I missed the comic con in my city this year as I was booked in to work that weekend and there was no holiday available, totally gutted!
